Having Dominion Over the Emotions and Removing Anger
Having Dominion Over the Emotions and Removing Anger
Positive Christianity Series Episode #118
King Jesus Christ has authority and instructs us in the Sacred Scriptures so that we can learn wisdom from GOD Almighty. We learn that King Jesus Christ instructed the importance of obeying the commandments of Moses instructed on Mount Sinai Exodus 20: 1-17. We learn that negative emotions need to be removed from our lives so that we can persevere with positive emotions and motivation instead. We learn that the negative emotions attempt to discourage from practicing positivity and attempt to lead to the practice of sin. Negative emotions must be removed so that there is no anger, envy, and coveting that attempt to lead to the practice of sin, vices, and stagnation.
King Jesus Christ's instruction is consistent with the instruction of Moses. We learn that individuals are not supposed to envy and covet because this attempts to lead to grave sin. We learn that there is no need for envy because it can lead to temporary lies, adultery, idolatry, and coveting. We learn that King Jesus Christ instructs on the need to obey the commandments instructed to Moses and also guard our emotions. We are supposed to defend our heart and mind from anger, hate, resentments, envy, and coveting. If there is no anger nor resentments, there is no hate, envy, and coveting. This wisdom describes removing any negative emotions from our lives so that there is gratitude and true joy instead that allows us to practice filial love and genuine empathy obeying the commandments.
"Thou shalt not kill."- Exodus 20: 13
"You have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.' But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother without cause will be liable to judgment.'"- Matthew 5: 21-22
King Jesus Christ reminds us that we can not hate and have anger without cause. This means that there is no need for strife, conflict, division, or quarreling. We learn that evil wants individuals to be at odds with one another without cause so that there is strife, conflict, and anger. This is with the intention to cause the practice of sin. If there is no anger without cause, there is no strife. If there is no strife, there is harmony and obedience to the commandments instead. We practice filial love and genuine empathy obeying the commandments of Moses allowing us to prosper. We learn that there is serenity and peace when we worship GOD Almighty above everything and obey the commandments. If someone is angry without cause and hates without cause and causes division and strife, they most likely are not obeying the commandments.
"Whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, 'You fool!' will be liable to the hell of fire. So if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar and go. First, be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift."- Matthew 5: 22-24
This wisdom describes why we can not hate nor be angry without cause. Those who practice hate and anger without reason will be liable to judgment. King Jesus Christ describes that individuals should be able to live in harmony and peace with one another and not quarrel and cause conflict without cause. This describes that there is no need for anger without cause, hate, bitterness, quarreling, division, envy, strife, revilings, insults, and coveting. These negative emotions usually happen with the practice of idol worship and self-worship. King Jesus Christ stated the need to first be reconciled to each other in peace and harmony rather than place importance on offerings while harboring resentments and hate without cause. (This was described in the times of King Jesus Christ's ministry when there was the Second Temple prior to King Jesus Christ resurrecting on the third day. We know that after the resurrection on the third day, King Jesus Christ is the Eternal Temple and eternal intercessor so there is no need of offerings and instead we pray to King Jesus Christ for the removal of our sins.) This describes that we prioritize true righteousness and living in harmony over hypocrisy and negative emotions.
