The Importance of Singleness and of Marriages

The Importance of Singleness and of Marriages

Positive Christianity Series Episode #122

"It was also said, 'Whoever divorces his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.' But I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.'"- Matthew 5: 31-32

King Jesus Christ instructs us on the importance to have dominion over lust similar to how we have dominion over the emotions. This wisdom allows us to remove anything that does not help us describing negative and false information, false philosophies of hate and lust, and being far apart from listening and much less believing false prophets that want to speak temporary lies. King Jesus Christ gives us autonomy to be freed from the shackles of sin. We are given autonomy to grow in virtues in the worship of GOD Almighty. This describes that we can use our singleness to prioritize the worship of GOD Almighty. We know that evil attempts to tempt with false "comparisons", temporary lies, and deceit to try to make individuals think that practicing fornication, adultery, and homosexuality are "cool", popular, and interesting when we know that is not the case. We know that Scripture describes that divorce was only allowed when there was adultery involved. This describes that adultery is a grave sin and that sex is created for responsible use within a marriage to lead to the procreation of children that worship GOD Almighty. Sex outside of marriage is not allowed because it leads to difficulties and destruction of the unrepentant wicked.

We know that we can not practice lust seen in fornication, adultery, and homosexuality because that leads to diseases, envy, stagnation, woes, and destruction. We know that GOD Almighty tells us that adultery leads to difficulties and destruction. We know that instead we are supposed to respect marriages because we know that marriage is a sacred institution. We know that there is no need to be a third wheel practicing adultery that only leads to bitterness, envy, and resentments. We know that we do not need to practice adultery because we worship GOD Almighty and respect humanity. There are false prophets that only want to cause hate, envy, and anger attempting to lead to polyamorous relationships. We can understand the truth of Scripture and be far apart from the practice of sin.

"For the lips of a forbidden woman drip honey, and her speech is smoother than oil, but in the end she is bitter as wormwood. Her feet go down to death; her steps follow the path of Sheol; she does not ponder the path of life; her ways wander, and she does not know it."- Proverbs 5: 3-6

We know that the Sacred Scriptures tell us that we are not supposed to practice idolatry since the instruction of Moses, David, Solomon, and King Jesus Christ. We know that marriages are sacred and should be honored. If we are single, we need to guard our heart and mind from the temporary lies of sin that want us to envy, covet, and practice fornication and adultery. We know that there are false prophets, adulterers, and adultresses that want to lead individuals to the practice of sin. We are supposed to guard ourselves from wicked individuals. We know that they attempt to "appear" to be something they are not. This describes the forbidden woman that "appears" to be kind and sweet while actually attempting to lead to adultery. We know that there is nothing good in adultery. Solomon goes so far as to describe the adultress being bitter like wormwood. This speaks about how there is no true joy in the practice of sin and instead there is bitterness, resentments, and envy. We know that the practice of sin leads to worse sin, stagnation, vices, woes, and destruction for the wicked. The adultress attempts to lead to Sheol and does not look to ponder the path of life in obedience to GOD Almighty. This describes that there is no need to be a part of the path of the wicked where there is folly and envy.

We must avoid false prophets, adulterers, and adultresses that attempt to lead to the practice of fornication, adultery, and homosexuality that causes the destruction of the unrepentant wicked. This speaks about respecting humanity and knowing that we also need to respect ourselves by not practicing lust, hate, and making sure we do not partake with negative and false individuals. This describes that if individuals are married, they can persevere without practicing adultery and worshiping GOD Almighty above everything knowing the times we are living in. Married individuals can persevere prioritizing the worship of GOD Almighty while guarding the heart and mind from false and negative information. If we are single, we are also supposed to guard ourselves from lust, fornication, adultery, and homosexuality knowing that we can persevere with fidelity to GOD Almighty. We know the times that we are living in and there is no need to practice sin and vices knowing that we can persevere with virtues and gladness of heart instead. We can use our virtues, talents, time, and resources to worship GOD Almighty instead of misutilizing our virtues and time practicing sin and vices.

"For the commandment is a lamp and the teaching a light, and the reproofs of discipline are the path of life, to preserve you from the evil woman/(evil man), from the smooth tongue of the adultress/(adulterer)."- Proverbs 6: 23-24

"Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm."- Proverbs 13: 20
