Persevering With Encouragement
Persevering With Encouragement
Positive Christianity Series Episode #131
"And we know that for those who love GOD all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."- Romans 8: 28
We know that GOD Almighty works all things for the good of the Kingdom of Heaven and for the good of righteous Christians. We know that while evil attempts to cause difficulties and envy, we know that GOD Almighty uses all things for good. We learn in the story of Moses about how even when Pharaoh was envious of Moses and wanted to drown baby Moses in the Nile river at the age of three months, Moses is safeguarded by Pharaoh's daughter who takes baby Moses out of the basket that was in the river. We learn that Moses is able to live in Egypt in Pharaoh's daughter's house even when Pharaoh was envious and listened to evil. We know that GOD Almighty does not forsake the righteous and is able to deliver them from evil. We know that Moses was not forsaken by GOD Almighty and was able to persevere growing in Egypt. We know that until GOD Almighty decided, Moses was safeguarded in Egypt. Moses was able to free Israel from Egypt and accomplish the purpose of GOD Almighty.
This describes that we do not need to believe the temporary lies of evil that want individuals to be quarreling, hating, and envying without reason. Instead of Pharaoh remembering the story of Joseph and the manner that Joseph's authority allowed for both Israel and Egypt to persevere in times of famine, Pharaoh decides to envy the people of Israel. We learn that GOD Almighty works all things for good since Moses is able to free the people of Israel from sin and idol worship with the help of GOD Almighty. We learn that GOD Almighty is able to help Israel free themselves from the captivity of sin and idol worship and persevere in the desert where there were no basic necessities. We learn that GOD Almighty allows us to know that we do not need to know all the details, but we can trust in GOD Almighty who does know all the details for all time and all eternity.
We know that evil wanted to prevent Paul from preaching in Israel because he was a Pharisee. We learn that Paul decides to keep preaching and instead preaches to the nations. We learn that this describes the manner that GOD Almighty uses everything for good. We learn that while the Pharisees and false prophets attempted to prevent Paul from preaching, Paul was able to keep preaching in the nations and even in Israel. We learn that even when there is envy, GOD Almighty helps us persevere confessing King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior, obeying the commandments of Moses, and repenting of sin. We learn that when Paul was prevented from preaching in Israel, Paul preaches to the nations. We learn that Paul converts a great number of people from the nations of Greece, Rome, Cyprus, and Asia Minor. There are new disciples and apostles that decide to worship GOD Almighty, accept and confess King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior, and repent of sin. We know that even amidst opposition, Paul does not stop preaching and is able to persevere with gratitude and authority.
This wisdom helps us know that we can persevere in the worship of GOD Almighty amidst times, circumstances, and persecution. We know that evil attempts to discourage, envy, and demotivate with false prophets and false apostles that want to cause strife and conflict for no reason. We know that in the story of Paul, the false prophets and false apostles attempted to discourage Paul from preaching since the nations were converting to Christianity and forsaking idol worship. We know that Paul does not allow the discouragements of false apostles to cause him to doubt his preaching or doubt GOD Almighty. Instead, Paul doubts the false apostles and keeps on preaching with sincerity of heart and perseverance. We know that Paul considered the preaching of King Jesus Christ of greater importance than the tribulations, envy, and persecution that he went through. We learn that Paul considered the preaching of King Jesus Christ greater than being a Pharisee choosing to repent of sin. We learn that Paul considered the preaching of King Jesus Christ greater than the temporary material resources, connections, and persecution that he had done against the Church of King Jesus Christ. We learn that Paul considered the preaching of King Jesus Christ even greater than everything in creation. This describes that if GOD Almighty is all we have, GOD Almighty is all we need. We know that even with discouragements and envy, GOD Almighty does not forsake us like He did not forsake Moses and did not forsake Paul.
