Whether individuals serve GOD Almighty similar to Paul in righteousness and fidelity or individuals decide to be like Judas Iscariot practicing wickedness and idolatry, GOD Almighty accomplishes His purpose. We learn that GOD Almighty accomplishes His purpose regardless while each individual can choose to obtain favor and blessings practicing righteousness similar to Paul who is able to allow for Christianity to increase to the nations or be like Judas Iscariot who is led to idolatry and destruction and destroys himself for prioritizing finite and temporary pieces of silver. Regardless, GOD Almighty is able to accomplish His purpose seen in the manner that Christianity is preached.
"And those whom He predestined He also called, and those whom He called He also justified, and those whom He justified He also glorified."- Romans 8: 30
We learn that the righteous and faithful disciples and apostles were able to obtain eternal salvation being predestined by GOD Almighty to eternal salvation. We learn that similar to Mary, Paul, Luke, and Jude, the righteous are able to obey GOD Almighty and persevere in the path of eternal salvation instead of practicing sin, idolatry, temporary lies, negative emotions, envy, coveting, adultery, and vices. We learn that we can choose to obtain favor and blessings in the worship of GOD Almighty. This is also seen in the story of David who chooses to obey GOD Almighty and never practices idol worship throughout his life. We learn that GOD Almighty had decided to judge the nation of the Amalekites because they had decided to attack the vulnerable and weak of Israel who were behind the rest while Israel was journeying to the land of Canaan that became the land of Israel Deuteronomy 25: 17-19. We learn that GOD Almighty makes a statute describing that when Israel was in their land and obtained rest from the surrounding hostile nations, they needed to destroy the Amalekites because of their cowardice, hostility, and wickedness. We learn that Saul has the opportunity to strike down the Amalekites. We learn that Saul decides to disobey GOD Almighty and spares the king of the Amalekites along with their material possessions. We learn that regardless of the choice of each individual, GOD Almighty had decided to judge and destroy the Amalekites for their envy, malice, and hostilities. We learn that either manner with the obedience of Saul or the obedience of David, GOD Almighty was going to accomplish His purpose. We learn in 1 Samuel 30: 16-17 that David destroys the Amalekites because of their iniquity of having attacked the weak and vulnerable in the desert when they were leaving Egypt. We learn that David obtains favor and blessings because he obeys GOD Almighty. We learn that Saul obtains difficulties and decreases in virtues because of his disobedience, envy, and foolishness. "And when he had taken him down, behold, they were spread abroad over all the land, eating and drinking and dancing, because of all the great spoil they had taken from the land of the Philistines and from the land of Judah. And David struck them down from twilight until the evening of the next day, and not a man of them escaped, except four hundred young men, who mounted camels and fled. David recovered all that the Amalekites had taken, and David rescued his two wives."- 1 Samuel 30: 16-17
