Paul Describes GOD Almighty Being Infinite and Eternal Grace to the Humble

Positive Christianity Series Episode #155

Paul describes that GOD Almighty gives each individual the autonomy and choice to decide if they want to worship GOD Almighty or not. We learn in the times of Paul that even when there were idolatrous individuals from Israel that rejected the worship of GOD Almighty, the Gentiles were favored and blessed because they had humility and faith to accept and confess King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior. We learn that faithful individuals from the nations converted to Christianity including Cornelius and his family, Dyonisus, Damaris, and other individuals because of the preaching of the disciples and apostles. We learn that while evil attempted to prevent Jewish individuals from realizing the importance of the Risen Messiah, King Jesus Christ, GOD Almighty turned everything for good. We learn that the Gentiles were able to hear the preachings of Paul and nations converted to Christianity.

"I ask then, has GOD rejected his people? By no means! For I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, a member of the tribe of Benjamin. GOD has not rejected his people whom he foreknew."- Romans 11: 1-2

We learn that even in Israel there were righteous individuals that decided to preach the truth similar to Paul. Paul was an Israelite from the tribe of Benjamin that renounced Phariseeism for the worship of King Jesus Christ. While Paul had grown up being a Pharisee, we learn that he decided to renounce false "religion" for the true faith in GOD Almighty. We learn that there were new disciples and apostles being made in Israel, and the Pharisees attempted to prevent Paul from preaching in Israel. Paul became an apostle of King Jesus Christ professing the faith that he once persecuted. This describes the power of GOD Almighty to use everything for the good of the Kingdom of Heaven and the good of righteous Christians. We learn that there were righteous disciples and apostles that preached in Israel and individuals converted. Even amidst persecution from Pharisees and Saducees who did not want the truth to be preached, Christianity grew and thrived in the nations.

Paul describes in the story of Elijah that even amidst difficult times due to the practice of wickedness, there are always righteous individuals that are able to persevere worshiping GOD Almighty. We learn that in the times of Elijah, Ahab and Jezebel were attempting to lead Israel to practice idol worship, hate, and lust. We learn that Elijah had seen the manner that Ahab and Jezebel were persecuting righteous prophets, and yet had courage and valor to speak to Ahab. We learn that Elijah is humble and obedient to GOD Almighty not having fear and not questioning GOD Almighty. Elijah tells Ahab to repent from sin due to the difficulties that the practice of sin and idol worship causes. We learn that GOD Almighty did not forsake Elijah when there was persecution. We learn that Obadiah had hidden righteous prophets in caves and allowed them to persevere. We learn that amidst all of that, Elijah had zeal and humility.

"Do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he appeals to GOD against Israel? 'LORD, they have killed your prophets, they have demolished your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life.' But what is GOD's reply to him? 'I have kept for myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.' So too at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace.'"- Romans 11: 2-5

We learn that Elijah kept preaching to Israel, and accomplished great signs and marvels that allowed them to acknowledge that GOD Almighty is the True GOD of gods. We learn that he is bold to speak the truth regardless of obstacles, circumstances, or persecution. Ahab and Jezebel were angered that Elijah was able to preach to Israel that the true faith is the worship of GOD Almighty, obedience to the commandments of Moses, and forsaking false idols. Elijah is threatened and persecuted for allowing Israel to know the truth based on being able to make fire fall from the skies and for being courageous talking to Ahab when Ahab and Jezebel were persecuting righteous prophets. We learn that even when Elijah has to take refuge in the desert of the Arabah, Elijah decides to pray to GOD Almighty. We learn that prayer works, and that we need to give priority to prayer each day. We learn that GOD Almighty answers Elijah telling him that he is not the only prophet left and that there were 7,000 people who had not worshiped idols in Israel. We learn that GOD Almighty always has a righteous remnant that perseveres throughout history and all eternity because they have fidelity to GOD Almighty. We learn that even during wicked times, there were righteous individuals that did not want to practice idol worship, hate, and lust. We also know that even amidst persecution, we can understand that GOD Almighty guards the righteous from hate, envy, and persecution. We learn that the sins of Ahab and Jezebel had caused the drought in the land of Israel causing there to be no rain for 3.5 years, the land did not produce, and the false prophets were destroyed by Elijah for persecuting righteous prophets. We learn that Elijah was able to make fire fall from the skies while the false prophets could not replicate Elijah's sign. We learn that there were also individuals that repented of sin because of Elijah's preaching and signs and marvels
