 David Worships GOD Almighty With Unchanging Fidelity in Psalm 119

David obeys GOD Almighty by having fidelity that is unchanging. David recognizes with humility and wisdom that obeying the commandments of Moses allows him to persevere. We learn that David obeys the Sacred Scriptures seeing how he learns the commandments and statutes. We learn that we are supposed to obey the commandments of Moses and the statutes are based on the commandments. We learn that the statutes describe the need to love GOD Almighty above everything. We learn that there are specific statutes that applied at specific times under specific circumstances and also depended on profession. We learn that there are statutes that do not apply describing the guilt offerings because we know that King Jesus Christ is the Eternal High Priest, Eternal atoning sacrifice, and Eternal Temple. We learn that David obeyed the statutes concerning not practicing idolatry. David obeys GOD Almighty's statutes by not practicing idol worship and persevering in the sincere devotion of GOD Almighty. David did not trust in gold, silver, false "relationships" that attempted to lead to idol worship, nor in his might and instead trusted GOD Almighty above everything. 

"Blessed are you, O LORD, teach me your statutes! With my lips I declare all the rules of your mouth."- Psalm 119: 12-13

David blesses and worships GOD Almighty knowing that GOD Almighty is the source of gladness, strength, courage, and salvation. We learn that only in the worship of GOD Almighty do we improve and keep persevering despite difficult times, adversity, and circumstances similar to David. David speaks truth and worships GOD Almighty by obeying the commandments of Moses with sincerity of heart. We learn that while we persevere and improve in virtues, we can not practice self-worship, self-righteousness, nor hypocrisy. We learn that when we acknowledge GOD Almighty being the source of all things good, we do not want to practice sin, idol worship, nor vices. David helps us understand this wisdom of knowing that only the worship of GOD Almighty helps us persevere to eternal salvation. 

"In the path of your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches. I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your paths."- Psalm 119: 14-15

David understands that only in the worship of GOD Almighty do we delight with a jubilant heart. We can delight in the worship of GOD Almighty knowing that idolatry causes bitterness and envy. We learn from Scripture that only the worship of GOD Almighty allows us to have gratitude and gladness of heart instead of hate, envy, bitterness, and coveting that the snake wants individuals to have for no reason. David understands that obeying the commandments of Moses is greater than a thousand gold and silver pieces. 

David is able to meditate on the Sacred Scriptures and learn wisdom about how there is life in obeying the commandments of Moses. We are able to learn from David that we can persevere in the path of life choosing to love GOD Almighty above everything and trust in the GOD of gods. David meditates and keeps his mind focused on the worship of GOD Almighty. This wisdom describes the importance of prioritizing the practice of righteousness and fidelity to GOD Almighty. We are able to pay attention to the virtues that develop in the worship of GOD Almighty and the delight that we obtain when we are steadfast in worshiping GOD Almighty. David describes that the worship of GOD Almighty is greater than momentary material wealth.
