David describes the importance of eternal salvation and repenting of sin. We learn that even in the Old Testament there is the importance of preaching repentance of sin. We learn that Moses in Deuteronomy 30 describes the need to repent of sin to obtain restoration of favor and blessings in the worship of GOD Almighty. Moses described that if individuals repent of sin with sincerity of heart, they are able to persevere with restoration of favor and blessings. If individuals keep on sinning without repentance, there is worse difficulties, stagnation, and destruction for the unrepentant wicked. Even if there is persecution for being righteous, we learn to persevere with courage, salvation, eternal salvation, health, favor, blessings, and virtues.
