David Persevered Trusting in GOD Almighty Amidst Persecution in Psalm 119

We learn in the story of David how he is persecuted by Saul due to being righteous and worshiping GOD Almighty above everything. We learn that David is slandered and reviled because he is righteous. Despite the persecution from the wicked, David is able to persevere with zealous trust in GOD Almighty. We learn that David lived in Philistia because of the persecution of Saul's envy and attempts to attack David. We learn that David was probably slandered and reviled by Saul and his helpers because of the envy of Saul. We learn that David was accomplishing great things for the worship of GOD Almighty which caused Saul to revile and slander David out of envy. Despite the difficulties, David was able to live in Philistia persevering with motivation without practicing idolatry.
"The insolent smear me with lies, but with my whole heart I keep your precepts; their heart is unfeeling like fat, but I delight in your law."- Psalm 119: 69-70
We learn that Saul probably was telling people that David was plotting against him while it was Saul who envied David. Even amidst revilings and lies, David perseveres trusting in GOD Almighty. We learn that the snake attempts to lead the wicked to hate and envy the righteous. We learn that even Abraham and Sarah had difficulties having to rescue Lot from the envy of the wicked nations. We learn that Moses was also hated by Korah's rebellion for being humble and being just. David was hated for accomplishing the the purpose of GOD Almighty and being righteous. We learn to persevere with motivation knowing that we do not allow ourselves to have a heart of stone. We learn that the snake wants individuals to have hearts of stone in the practice of hate and lust. Instead, we remove hate and lust and practice genuine empathy in loving GOD Almighty above everything.
We learn to persevere with gratitude and true joy knowing that we trust in GOD Almighty and obey the commandments of Moses. We learn that the wicked have hearts of stone that signify a lack of filial love and hypocrisy. We learn to remove hate and lust from our lives and avoid wicked individuals who only want to lead to disobedience of the commandments of Moses. We learn that Saul did not trust GOD Almighty, did not trust Samuel, did not listen to David, kept persecuting David despite David's grace, made himself a monument describing self-worship, consulted a medium, and ultimately was destroyed.
"It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn your statutes. The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces."- Psalm 119: 71-72
David acknowledges that having gone through persecution because of envy, he is able to understand the importance of worshiping GOD Almighty above everything. We can have gratitude to be in the path of eternal salvation far apart from practicing sin and idol worship. We learn that worshiping GOD Almighty above everything allows us to persevere in the path of eternal salvation without falling into temptation and the snares that destroy the unrepentant wicked. Loving GOD Almighty above everything prevents us from worshiping temporary monetary wealth, false "relationships", and idol worship that is idolatry. We learn that the worship of GOD Almighty is greater than thousands of gold and silver pieces because there is favor, blessings, health, goodness, motivation, happiness, and fidelity in the worship of GOD Almighty that allows us to persevere in the path of eternal salvation.
