Positive Christianity Series #196
David acknowledges that the worship of GOD Almighty allows him to persevere with salvation amidst circumstances. David knows that GOD Almighty does not forsake the righteous and faithful Christians, and David has integrity obeying the commandments of Moses. We learn that David understands that obedience to the commandments of Moses allows us to persevere with virtues and salvation. GOD Almighty gives favor and blessings describing the salvation and eternal salvation that exists in the practice of righteousness. We learn that David was able to persevere with salvation amidst giant, the envy of Saul, and living with the Philistines without practicing idol worship.
"You have dealt well with your servant, O LORD, according to your word."- Psalm 119: 65
GOD Almighty is true to His words and favors righteous faithful individuals who worship GOD Almighty above everything. We learn that GOD Almighty favored David allowing him to destroy Goliath, guarded David from the envy and plottings of Saul, and allowed David to gain refuge in the land of the Philistines. We learn that the righteous individuals that left Israel to help David in the land of the Philistines also prospered including Abiathar. We learn that Abiathar took refuge with David in Philistia and was able to persevere in the path of salvation. We learn from the Sacred Scriptures that David was able to live for one year and four months in Philistia where the Philistines had songs of David after destroying Goliath. We learn that GOD Almighty does not forsake the righteous similar to how GOD Almighty did not forsake Noah, Lot, Abraham and Sarah, Joseph, Moses, and David.
"Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments."- Psalm 119: 66
We learn that only in the worship of GOD Almighty do we obtain salvation, insight, counsel, and wisdom to persevere in the path of eternal salvation. David acknowledges that only GOD Almighty can instruct wisdom and provide salvation. We learn that wisdom allows us to know the things that we can partake in and the things that we can not partake in. We learn from the Sacred Scriptures that obeying the commandments of Moses, the fear of the LORD, and hating evil is the beginning of wisdom. We learn to acknowledge the importance of worshiping GOD Almighty above everything and this is wisdom. We learn that wisdom sets us apart from the practice of evil and foolishness that wants to lead to vices.
Wisdom is greater than knowledge because wisdom is having sound judgment meaning obedience to the commandments of Moses. Practicing wisdom helps persevere with favor and blessings and prevents us from practicing sin, idol worship, envy, and vices that lead to the destruction of the unrepentant wicked. We learn that wisdom helps us persevere with fidelity acknowledging that only the worship of GOD Almighty helps us persevere in the path of eternal salvation to make it to Shabbath Millennium and New Jerusalem. We also learn that fidelity is greater than wisdom because fidelity helps us acknowledge that only GOD Almighty deserves the worship and helps us persevere with favor, blessings, virtue, health, fidelity, salvation, and eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ. We learn to appreciate the virtues that GOD Almighty allows us to have and use the virtues for the worship of GOD Almighty. This wisdom allows us to have fidelity to the GOD of gods, GOD Almighty.
