 Avoiding False Prophets and Idolators

Positive Christianity Series Episode #231

Paul described that we need to choose King Jesus Christ above everything and avoid anything that tries to lead to the road of perdition. We know that Paul was envied and reviled by false apostles who attempted to discourage Paul's ministry. Paul kept preaching despite discouragements and allows us to know that we can avoid false apostles who do not want to help and instead want to lead to sin and idol worship. Paul also described that there were false apostles who were instructing the need to practice idol worship and adultery that is sin. Paul reproved the false apostles and also instructed the need to avoid false and deceitful idolators who masquerade as apostles. 

"For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen disguising themselves as apostles of Christ."- 2 Corinthians 11: 13

We learn that idol worship and adultery can not be incorporated to Christianity because it is sin. We learn that GOD Almighty tells us to guard ourselves from sin because it does not help and wants to lead to vices and stagnation. We can also avoid false apostles who "appear" to be righteous while actually practicing sin and idol worship. We can have discernment by asking GOD Almighty to help us avoid negative and idolatrous false prophets and false apostles. We learn that false apostles are arrogant, envious, have quick tempers, are selfish, narcissists, hypocritical, revilers and also flatterers (within the same conversation) and speak temporary lies. They do not try to help others although they attempt to "appear" to help others. They also do not obey the commandments of Moses.

"And no wonder, for even the accuser disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds."- 2 Corinthians 11: 14-15

Paul describes that we need to avoid such people because they do not try to help others and instead want to lead them to idolatry and self-worship. We can learn to practice healthy skepticism that describes that we can love humanity, but we also need to guard ourselves from the temporary lies of impostors and idolators. We learn that a true Christian does not revile others and does not envy others. A true Christian helps others persevere with fidelity to GOD Almighty. A true Christian never places a hindrance or temptation in the path of another. If an individual does this, then they could be a false prophet or false apostle. This is important to note because of the times that we are living in. We can avoid false prophets who envy others and instead choose the worship of GOD Almighty. We can choose to deny being near false prophets and avoid such people.

I remember a time when I was returning from a bus trip from a summer program that an older individual that was in his older age (50-60s) attempted to converse with me. I was nineteen or twenty at the time and looked younger in my mid teens. Usually other individuals were respectful, curteous, and kept conversations short. The negative individual attempted to keep conversing with me, and I did not try to converse. I was highly skeptical that an older individual wanted to converse and also at the same time the individual was quite arrogant and dismissive. The individual kept asking me about school, yet was quite disrespectful and not really listening. The older individual asked me if I wanted to get coffee and I said no because my bus had arrived. After the bus arrived at the terminal, I got out and was able to make it to the next bus ride.  I thought that he understood that I was not interested in the conversation and yet wanted to keep conversing. I do not know for sure yet I think from the amount of envy that I have had over the years, the individual may have been a worker of evil. GOD Almighty helped me understand that from the beginning of the conversation, there was something off about the individual. GOD Almighty can help us avoid such people. We need to be highly skeptical of strangers and false prophets. On another occasion during college, there was a preacher who wanted me to go to his church. I said I could participate in bible study in the college yet could not make it to the specific church that he had stated. The preacher's friend told me that I was not a Christian for not wanting to go to that specific church. I know that I am a Christian and no where in Scripture does it say that you have to go to a specific church to be a Christian. We do have to obey the commandments of Moses and accept and confess King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior. I asked the preacher for a Bible since I did not have the Scriptures at that time and he never responded. (I was able to obtain the Scriptures in college from another individual who was giving out free bibles.) Also the preacher had a friend who worked for the research department of the army and when I asked what they did, he did not want to describe. He said he could not speak about that. It is quite interesting that there is secrecy concerning the research department while the individual was a Christian. (There are theories that state that there is research that is used by the gangstalking program to develop psychotronic weapons including tinnitus inducing weapons (ringing in the ears) and heart attack inducing guns that use magnetism to cause heart symptoms (quite possible because when I was in med school I would wake up with chest pain in the mornings being I was athletic, young, did not consume too much coffee (only a cup of coffee in the morning and only with food) and never had a heart condition. After waking up with chest pain on a few occasions, the chest pain would subside rather quickly after waking up and moving around. The next door neighbor was most likely a ganstalker and had such items. I was being gangstalked in medical school for being a Christian and was being followed and stalked by the socialist medical students (they followed me to fast food restaurants and club meetings) while at school and the next door neighbor gangtalked while at the apartment (the ganstalkers at the apartment change around to avoid being detected being cowards and yet I know that they are socialists and envy others.) I was also probably given covid prior to the covid pandemic while in school in 2018 (and probably developed immunity not needing an experimental vaccine) although I was able to complete the immunology block and pass the exams prior to taking a leave of absence (the immune system is quite complex and is to be trusted rather than an experimental vaccine developed in 9 months. I am grateful that I could learn about the immune system prior to leaving med school being able to not be vaccinated (not even once) with an experimental vaccine that could be causing the variants along with lethal side effects.) Despite all of this I can say no weapon formed against me shall prosper. I had not stated this before because I did not want individuals to think that these were lies or that the stories where too far out. With the covid pandemic we can understand that there are negative individuals who do not want to help others and actually want to decrease the number of individuals living on earth. We should be highly skeptical of strangers and false prophets (especially socialists). This is not to evoke fear and is actually meant to describe that we can persevere in the worship of GOD Almighty. We leave the vengeance to King Jesus Christ and persevere preaching truth. We choose King Jesus Christ over the temporary things of the world.
