The end times describe times of tribulation where there is persecution, envy, and opposition. We know that it is not the best of times eventhough there are lies saying that it is the "best of times". We learn that there are natural disasters around the world since the 1970s after the passing of laws that allowed for abortion to be used. The natural disasters include earthquakes and hurricanes that have intensified over the past decades due to the grave sin and idol worship that is happening in the world. (Global warming, global cooling, and climate change do not logically explain the amount of weather changes in the past decades.) This is judgment against the wicked idolators who persecute the righteous.

"You will be delivered up even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and some of you they will put to death."- Luke 21: 16

We learn that there is treason and backstabbing by the idolatrous who envy the righteous. We learn that some Christians are persecuted and martyred, yet obtain eternal salvation. Some Christians are able to persevere preaching in the times of the great tribulation. We do not have to fear knowing that eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ is the most important thing in this life. Despite the persecution, it is better to have eternal life in King Jesus Christ than be treacherous, deceitful, envious, and backstabbing like the idolators. Even if individuals are martyred, at least they do not have to live in the worst of times of the great tribulation (there is the manner to see the positive in everything.) If they are made martyrs, individuals go to heaven and do not have to be in the great tribulation. 

"You will be hated by all for my name's sake. But not a hair of your head will perish. By your endurance you will gain your life."- Luke 21: 18-19

Even when there is envy and hate because of the name of King Jesus Christ, the Eternal King of kings, the most important thing is eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ. It is impressive the manner that King Jesus Christ told us how the end times were going to look like approximately 2,000 years ago with specific detail about the earthquakes, hurricanes, pestilences, and famines. We learn that there is also envy and hate for worshiping GOD Almighty by the idolators and adulterors. We can persevere having motivation knowing that the things of the imperfect temporary world are passing away.

The most important thing of this life is eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ. Whether we obtain eternal salvation through the rapture of the church described in Revelation 3: 10, persecution, or persevering until the return of King Jesus Christ from the clouds, we persevere keeping zealous faith in King Jesus Christ. We persevere acknowledging that through King Jesus Christ we conquer sin, the man of sin, idolatry, and the technological modification.
