Salvation in King Jesus Christ

 Salvation in King Jesus Christ

Positive Christianity Series Episode #312

David described in the Psalms how GOD Almighty is his refuge, rock, sanctuary, and deliverer. We learn that if GOD Almighty is all we have, GOD Almighty is all we need. We do not have to trust in our own strength and might and instead decide to trust in GOD Almighty. GOD Almighty did not forsake David to Goliath, Saul, Abner, Ish-bosheth, Hanun, and the 7-9 idolatrous hostile nations. GOD Almighty prepared David through adversity and persecution from the envy of the snake, to make him responsible, mightier, wiser, and more loyal to GOD Almighty.

"My flesh and my heart may fail, but GOD is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."- Psalm 73: 26

King Jesus Christ instructed us in the Gospel to have fidelity to GOD Almighty above temporary  money and the things of the world. King Jesus Christ is the Eternal King of kings who resurrected on the third day approximately 2,000 years ago and not even death could prevent him from resurrecting. We learn that King Jesus Christ conquered sin, death, and evil, and Resurrected Eternal and Infinite King of kings. GOD Almighty did not forsake King Jesus Christ to death and conquered sin, death, and evil for all eternity. We also know that those that persecuted the King of kings were destroyed. Herod persecuted King Jesus Christ as a baby that was not even 2 years of age and was eaten by worms when he could not commit suicide. Herod Antipas went crazy after making a martyr of John the Baptist. Caiphas was removed from his position and had additional difficulties prior to dying. Pilates was removed from his position as governor. Herod Agrippa was also eaten by worms for persecuting and making a martyr of the disciple James. Judas Iscariot destroyed himself after preferring 30 pieces of quantifiable and finite silver over the infinite and eternal GOD of gods.

"For behold, those who are far from you shall perish; you put an end to everyone who is unfaithful to you."- Psalm 73: 27

The disciples and apostles preached in Israel and the nations, and Christianity increased to Israel and the nations. We learn that from 12 initial disciples, Christianity increased to the nations and Israel. We learn that idolatry declined in the first century. We have seen how the pagan temples including the parthenon where idolatry and adultery were practiced are dilapidated due to individuals repenting of sin and choosing King Jesus Christ. People improved in the nations and Israel by renouncing idolatry and worshiping King Jesus Christ. Instead of being stagnated in vices, sin, and idolatry, individuals improved and obtained favor and blessings. We learn that the disciples and apostles made additional disciples and apostles in Israel and the nations. King Jesus Christ is in the Highest Heavens to the Right Hand Side of the Father and is in complete authority over everything. Cephas made 5,000 new believers in a single day. In another day, 3,000 converted to Christianity. John, the disciple, preached and converted individuals in Israel and was exiled to Patmos where he obtained the Revelation of King Jesus Christ concerning how the end times (the not so good times that we are living in) would look like in 90 A.D. Luke was a physician who renounced being a physician to preach King Jesus Christ LORD and Savior. Individuals in Israel believed in King Jesus Christ because of Luke. Matthew was a tax collector who decided to leave his profession to preach King Jesus Christ. Individuals believed in King Jesus Christ because of Matthew. Paul was able to preach in the nations when the Pharisees attempted to assassinate him in Israel. Individuals from Greece, Rome, Asia Minor, Syria, Cyprus, Lyocenia, Crete, and Malta renounced idolatry for King Jesus Christ. Individuals became Christians including Prisca, Aquila, Adronicus, Mary, Junia, Ampliatus, Urbanus, Stachys, Apelles, Aristobulus, Fortunatus, Stephanas, Rufus, Asyncritus, Phlegon, Tertius, Herodion, Nereus, Hermas, Julia, Dionysus, and Damaris among many other individuals. Individuals who became Christian probably preached and created additional disciples and apostles describing how Christianity has increased over the past 2,000 years despite envy, persecution, and even martyrdom. We learn that GOD Almighty does not forsake us, and we can keep preaching and keep fidelity to GOD Almighty.

"No, in all these things we are more than conquerers through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of GOD in Christ Jesus our LORD."- Romans 8: 37-39

The wicked are destroyed and go through difficulties for not repenting of sin. Psalm 73 describes how the unrepentant wicked do not prosper, have difficulties, and ultimately are destroyed. The Pharises and Saducees who persecuted the disciples and apostles declined in the first century. We learn that the Second Temple was destroyed due to the idolatry practiced by the Pharisees who did not want to repent of sin after King Jesus Christ had rebuked them multiple times. The High Priest of the Pharisees, prior to the destruction of the Second Temple, was stabbed in the back by other Pharisees who also wanted to be High Priest. The Second Temple was destroyed and the disciples and apostles preached to the nations after the Roman scattering. Christianity increased to the nations and we learn that King Jesus Christ is the Everlasting Temple, atoning sacrifice, and Eternal High Priest. Without the disciples and apostles having moneybags of silver and gold, the disciples and apostles allowed for Christianity to increase in Europe, Africa, Australia, North America and South America, and Asia (in the past few decades churches in Asia have multiplied). There were schools and churches that were planted in the last 2,000 years all over the world due to Christianity. (I wonder who despises that people can receive an education from schools and motivation from churches?) We can persevere trusting in GOD Almighty and choose to be far apart from idol worship, foolishness, envy, and coveting. We can choose to preach truth and keep fidelity to our Maker, LORD, Redeemer, and King, Jesus Christ (Psalm 73: 28, Psalm 94).

Learning Hebrew

Gadol, גדל, means great in Hebrew. GOD Almighty is the Great GOD Almighty who is the Eternal and Infinite GOD of gods. We prefer the true GOD of gods who divided the Red Sea in half and allowed Moses and Israel to walk on dry ground while the idolatrous magicians could not replicate the wonder. GOD Almighty was able to make fire fall down from the skies through Elijah 3,000 years ago while the 950 idolatrous false prophets could not replicate the wonder. King Jesus Christ resurrected on the third day and conquered sin, death, and evil for all eternity and also took our sins. GOD Almighty gave eternal salvation to King Jesus Christ who gives us eternal salvation for confessing Jesus Christ LORD. The initial 12 disciples and apostles (minus Iscariot) preached without moneybags of silver and gold, and Christianity increased to the nations in the past 2,000 years making Christianity the major religion. GOD Almighty is the Great GOD of gods. There is no other.
