Persevering in the Path of Eternal Salvation

Persevering in the Path of Eternal Salvation

Positive Christianity Series #317

King Jesus Christ is our LORD and Savior who gives us eternal salvation when we repent of our sins and accept and confess King Jesus Christ. We learn that GOD Almighty led Israel with Moses in the desert and tested them to see who was righteous and who was not. GOD Almighty is Maker and LORD of all and can test the hearts and minds. We learn that GOD Almighty did not forsake the righteous, and the righteous were able to obtain the land of Canaan that became the land of Israel because they decided to love GOD Almighty above everything. We learn that Moses and the righteous faithful of Israel persevered and thrived for 40 years in the desert yet accomplished the purpose of GOD Almighty of obtaining the land of Israel consistent with the promises of GOD Almighty to Abraham and Sarah. We learn that King Jesus Christ is a Leader and Shepherd by example. King Jesus Christ was also tested in the desert similar to Moses and Israel. Prior to starting His ministry, King Jesus Christ went in the wilderness where he was tempted by the accuser. King Jesus Christ was tempted by the accuser for 40 days and 40 nights while King Jesus Christ fasted. King Jesus Christ was tempted to turn rocks into bread, worship the accuser, and perform wonders that were not needed. King Jesus Christ denied the temptations and trusted in GOD Almighty. King Jesus Christ obeyed GOD Almighty similar to Moses and the righteous of Israel who denied the worship of the golden calf and refused to practice idolatry in the desert. King Jesus Christ described that He is the Messiah who fasted for 40 days and 40 nights similar to Moses when he obtained the Torah on Mount Sinai. Moses spoke of King Jesus Christ in Deuteronomy 18: 15-19. King Jesus Christ spoke from Scripture and denied the temptations.

"And he humbled you and made you hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD."- Deuteronomy 8: 3

King Jesus Christ trusted in GOD Almighty and spoke truth from Scripture to the temporary lies of the snake. King Jesus Christ was able to fast for 40 days and 40 nights proving that He is Messiah. When King Jesus Christ had fasted for that prolonged amount of time, the accuser tempted him to turn stones into bread. The accuser waited for the last days of fasting to tempt with that temptation showing that the accuser is hateful. King Jesus Christ responded by speaking truth and describing that GOD Almighty's word is spiritual nourishment.

"The accuser said to him, 'If you are the Son of GOD, command this stone to become bread.' And Jesus answered him, 'It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone.'"- Luke 4: 3-4

We learn that Moses and Israel were tempted to worship a golden calf and practice idolatry in the desert. We learn that Moses and the faithful of Israel denied the temptations of idolatry while the wicked of Israel were destroyed by the plague. We learn that King Jesus Christ was also tempted to worship the accuser but denied the temptation. King Jesus Christ spoke truth describing that only GOD Almighty deserves the worship. King Jesus Christ denied idolatry. King Jesus Christ trusted in GOD Almighty and did not give in to the temptations of the snake. We learn that King Jesus Christ trusted in GOD Almighty, and GOD Almighty delivered Him from temptations and the lies of the snake. We learn that King Jesus Christ went through adversity and opposition describing that he knows the unfair treatments, discrimination due to rebuking corruption, and persecution that we have been through for being righteous and faithful to GOD Almighty. King Jesus Christ became human so that we know that GOD Almighty is not far off oblivious to our struggles and adversity and instead is very present in our lives. We learn that GOD Almighty led Moses and Israel in the wilderness with the Tent of Witness and did not forsake them. King Jesus Christ was with the disciples and apostles when GOD Almighty decided to make new priests that were faithful instead of corrupt. King Jesus Christ is with us each and every day despite the discouragements of the snake.

King Jesus Christ was persecuted by Herod when he was not even 2 years old (Isaiah 9: 6). King Jesus Christ was envied and slandered by the Pharisees and Saducees (Isaiah 29: 11-14). Despite persecution and envy, King Jesus Christ healed, preached, gave sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf, speech to the mute, multiplied the loaves of bread and fish, walked on water and calmed the raging storm, and resurrected the dead including Lazarus. We can persevere worshiping King Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd, who leads by example and is not oblivious and far off from of our lives. King Jesus Christ is Omnipresent and Omniscient and also issues justice against the wicked who persecute the righteous seen in Herod, Caiphas, Pilates, Herod Agrippa, the Pharisees, Saducees, idolators, and Judas Iscariot. We learn that King Jesus Christ is a refuge from the discouragements of the snake and also our bread and water who provides our necessities and also gives us eternal salvation (Psalm 23). We can persevere trusting in King Jesus Christ and deny lying temptations. We can persevere preaching eternal and infinite truth that is King Jesus Christ. King Jesus Christ was with the initial disciples and apostles and keeps being with the disciples and apostles who choose eternal salvation over the imperfect things of the world. The initial disciples and apostles (minus Iscariot) have thrones in Heaven. The disciples and apostles that were martyred are in Heaven. The disciples and apostles that lived to long life are in Heaven. The current disciples and apostles who keep unchanging fidelity to GOD Almighty reign with King Jesus Christ in Shabbath Millennium. We can persevere choosing King Jesus Christ over everything of the imperfect world.

                              Learning Hebrew

Tzedekah, צדקה, means righteousness in Hebrew. We learn that King Jesus Christ is Eternal and Infinite King of kings who rules with righteousness and justice. We learn that King Jesus Christ is egalitarian and does not make distinctions of persons (favoritism). King Jesus Christ sees the intention of the heart and the mind of each individual that has been created from before they are in the womb and before they are born. King Jesus Christ knows each person's intentions, options, decisions, and actions even before the individual is born. King Jesus Christ tests the hearts and minds of individuals to see if they are really faithful or if they are speaking lies. Anyone can say that they are a Christian, but do they really follow through with their actions. We can persevere obeying GOD Almighty and denying idolatry and sin
